Join Emily in a class of self-massage techniques moving through knots, imbalances and tension, using tennis balls and mobility movements that will calm the nervous system and increase blood flow. The class will end with Yin/Restorative poses. Terri will be using essential oils and leading you into a restful mind and body with her healing hands on adjustments.
Join Jenny leading us through a mindful vinyasa flow to foster a resilient heart and mind. We will engage in mindful movement and a find a space to prepare you and allow you to be more resilient in joyful and challenging times. The practice will include mantra, pranayama and mudra.
Join Joan in a Qi Gong flow to learn a system of self-care and self-healing that combines slow gentle movement with breath and intention. This flow will create inner and outer Resilience by relaxing your body, calming your mind and letting your spirit soar!
Join Crystal in a Resilient Flow starting with Sun Salutations as we awaken the bodies to the beautiful day and open our hearts and mind to the Resilience we have inside of us.
